Vacuum chamber vakuumkammare

Vacuum Chambers

Vacuum technology is used in a variety of applications and levels within the industrial segment.

Definition: Vacuum, space in which there is no matter or in which the pressure is so low that any particles in the space do not affect any processes being carried on there. It is a condition well below normal atmospheric pressure and is measured in units of pressure (pascal).

Kontikab is experts in designing vacuum system for industrial applications. We design and manufacture vacuum chambers, pump systems and control system managing gas flow and pressures. By designing the vacuum pump system in the correct way an energy efficient total solution can be achieved. We use vacuum pumps from major suppliers such as Leybold, Pfeiffer or Busch. Based on your need the systems are built up with a variety of vacuum pumps such as roots vacuum pumps, dry compressing vacuum pumps, oil sealed vacuum pumps and turbo pumps.

The Total Leak Rate Test in vacuum is the most accurate and precise way of determining the smallest leak rates and can be up to one million times more sensitive than using pressure decay techniques for example.

By customizing vacuum chambers to fit the product a highly efficient solution with the best accuracy can be achieved. Vacuum chambers are built up in stainless steel and machined to perfection in order to achieve a high level vacuum.

The Kontikab leak testing machine solutions are built up with a modular vacuum pump system. It is possible to upgrade, easy to serve and designed in a robust way.
